Grow Group Questions - February 1, 2026

Announcement: Announcement: Men - Our No Regrets Mens Conference is next week, Feb 7th. Sign up here so you don’t miss it.
Opening Prayer Prompts For Group:
P-Praise God for being holy, sovereign, and unshaken. Even when the world feels chaotic.
R-Repent by confessing the ways you’ve cooperated with “Babylon” because it felt safer, easier, or more rewarding.
A-Ask for courage to remain faithful when following Jesus costs you something.
Y-Yield by surrendering your wants that Babylon can fulfill. Offer your loyalty again to God and the Lamb — declaring, “You alone are worthy.” (Can close in worship here as well)
Ice Breaker: What’s something you’ve been loyal to in your life (a team, company, relationship, habit) and what earned that loyalty?
The Sermon - Read Revelation 4
- John hears about a Lion, but sees a slaughtered Lamb. Why do you think this contrast matters?
- How does Jesus’ way of finding victory for God’s Kingdom differ from Rome’s way of finding victory? What does this tell us about Christian living?
- The message reminds us that followers of Jesus must possess absolute loyalty to God and the Lamb. What competes most strongly for that loyalty in your life today?
Closing Prayer/Worship Pray the answer to these questions as worship out loud.
In Revelation 4, what makes God worthy of worship? (Creator, eternal, in control)
In Revelation 5, what makes the Lamb worthy? (Sacrifice, redemption, justice)
